Grego’s real name is Gregory McAllen. Grego is a professional Apex Legends player who is formerly a Player for Team Cloud9. He was previously a competitive BATTALION 1944 and Overwatch player for Team Cloud9. Grego was apart of the original Cloud9 roster for Overwatch where he was known for Lucio plays. He retired from the competitive Overwatch scene in October, 2016 where he went to become a streamer for Team Cloud9.
