Call of Duty Warzone has launched a companion to the Modern Warfare game. However, sharing progression with the main game and its Battle Pass makes things a little more complicated than other Battle Royales. While the Battle Pass has tiers for the general games, there are some challenges and missions for you to complete just in Warzone. This is the case whether you’ve purchased the full game or just downloaded the Battle Royale for free. This guide covers Call of Duty Warzone missions; what to expect, how they work, and how to complete them.
War Zone missions are a set of objectives to wok through to gain XP. You’ll gain unlockable things like cards, sprays, and stickers, but also work your way towards the additional weapons. Working through the Warzone missions is a great way to incentivize gameplay, something that is important while you’re grinding to improve your aim or rotation in the game.
What Are Missions?
Call of Duty Warzone missions are a bit different to a normal Battle Royale’s. They are still linked to the Battle Pass, so you would have to purchase it get the most out of them. However, this Battle Pass is also tied to the normal Call of Duty’s Battle Pass. This means you can complete challenges in there, or go through the special challenges only in Warzone.
The challenges are still tied to the Battle Pass progression season of the main game. This means the season is due to end on April 7th. You don’t have too long to get these missions completed.
You can only have one set of missions active at any one time. If you’re planning on completing an objective, you need to tell the game that this is the one you’re focusing on. This can be a bit of a hassle, so remember to change them over so you don’t lose your progression.
