Warzone’s two maps are bristling with secrets. The latest addition, Rebirth Island, still manages to fit some into its smaller size. The new map might be more concise but it features the same eye for detail as Verdansk. One of the most exciting ongoing mysteries on that map was the Warzone Bunker. Rebirth Island has followed up with a new Bunker of its own, and this one has a significantly more impressive reward waiting behind the door. The Rebirth Island bunkers isn’t just going to give you loot for a game, its vital to unlocking everything in the whole of Warzone.
This guide covers how you access the insides of the Rebirth Island Bunkers. At the moment, they are pretty limited. However, Verdansk has these secret areas expanded and made bigger as time went on, so there’s some history to suggest that Rebirth Island bunkers might become more prominent. This guide covers how you can find it, get inside, and what’s inside when you do.
Rebirth Island Bunker Locations

At the moment the Rebirth island Bunkers are limited to just one. This one is waiting behind an intriguing yellow door. This is basically the same trick that the developers pulled back on Verdansk, with colored doors indicating that there’s more of the bunker mystery to come. That yellow door is the only one in play at the moment though.
Rebirth Island Bunkers – How to Open the Bunker
While the bunker location is a lot simpler on Rebirth Island, it is quite a bit harder to get it open. It might take a bit of luck to actually get inside of it. You’ll need to find a briefcase on the map first. This briefcase doesn’t even open up the door, it just send you off on the next step of your scavenger hunt. The briefcases don’t have a set spawn location so you might have to search around a bit. We know the locations that they can spawn, but it isn’t guaranteed that you’re going to get one each game. These are the spots that it can spawn:
So the briefcase will be at one of these spots, but figuring out which is going to be the tricky part. Once you’ve managed to get the briefcase you can move onto the next step:
The Photos and the Codes

To open the Rebirth island Bunkers you’ve got to look at the photographs inside of the briefcase, and work out which locations they depict. These can be tricky, since you need to know the map really well. Head to each of these locations once you’ve deduced where you need to go.
Once there, you can take down a third of the code you’ll need to gain access to the Bunker. You’ll need to visit all three to get the entire code to get inside of the Rebirth Island bunker. The codes themselves have hyphens to indicate which part they are. The first part has a hyphen at the end, the middle has one on each end, and the last has one at the beginning.
Once it’s all assembled, you can head into the bunker and finally get your reward.
What’s Inside of the Rebirth Island Bunkers

Inside the bunker you will find the crates of legendary gear that you’re after. Essentially making looting redundant for the game, and kind of justifying the amount of time this entire quest has taken. The main reason to do this challenge at least once though, is the other reward on the table.
A blueprint is located on the table for the Red Room Submachine Gun. This is the only way to acquire this weapon, so this quest is pretty important if you’re something of a completist!
